Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebbNexa ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where the Service would violate local law, or if you are subject to applicable trade sanctions.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Commit fraud, impersonation, or social engineering.
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limit controls.
Resell or redistribute services in a way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section at any time, without refund.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and 2FA devices. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed in USD equivalents and charged at the time of purchase. Virtual number rentals are non-refundable once an SMS code has been received. Social account purchases are held in escrow and released after successful verification; disputes are governed by our Dispute Resolution policy.

5. Escrow

For social account purchases, funds are held by WebbNexa until the buyer confirms successful credential transfer. Escrow auto-releases after the verification window expires unless a dispute is opened.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by WebbNexa and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that any virtual number or social account will work with any specific third-party platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebbNexa's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebbNexa is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
